Return Policy
Tags Direct stands by the Quality of its product.
If you
are not completely satisfied with the product just return the un-used goods
within 30 Days from purchase date and we will fully refund the un-used
goods.
This policy does not apply to Customised Tags. Tags Direct
does not accept any responsibility for errors overlooked during the customers
tag design and approval stage.
Should there be any issues with the
performance of the Customised Tags, Tags Direct will make every effort to
rectify the situation and in the unlikely case of a manufacturing default, the
goods will be replaced.
