The ProTag Elite printer is a combined thermal direct and thermal transfer printer. Users can choose between printing standard thermal direct test tags without the resin ribbon using OPTIMA test tags, or long life thermal transfer test tags with the resin ribbon using ELITE test tags.
Thermal transfer ELITE test tags can be used for all harsh environments such as permanent outdoor exposured to UV and heat, and demanding heat affected indoor applications such as commercial kitchens, boiler rooms etc.
